Meet Jennifer

I believe that each of us has the ability to be happy and healthy, naturally. The number 1 thing I have learned is Education is our best defense. Yes there is a time and place for every type of medical intervention. Holistic Medicine and Yoga Therapy are the best in way of prevention and recovery.  Many chronic illnesses are caused by an imbalance in the natural system. Where pharmaceuticals add to this imbalance, natural therapies aim to rebalance the body to promote self healing.

My Story

My story began with a quest to avoid pharmaceutical control of illness within my own family.

 This quest led me to the study of natural medicine.

 As an avid yoga practitioner from childhood I began to see a correlation between health and yoga.  Over the last 15 years I have dedicated my time to studying and working with this relationship.
