In honor of International Women’s Day, this gentle evening meditation offers space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided breath and body-based practices, you’ll unwind from the week and restore a sense of calm in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. No experience needed—just a willingness to pause.

Welcome Spring: A Guided Walking Meditation

Date: 22 March 2026

Time: 1pm (walk for 45-60 minutes followed by snacks)

Location: Riverfront Park, Cochrane, Alberta

Join this guided walking meditation to gently slow down and re-emerge into spring. Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness, we’ll support the nervous system as it releases winter tension and reconnects with the body. Walking meditation offers an accessible alternative to seated practice, especially for those who feel more at ease outdoors. We’ll close around a public fire pit with artisanal tea and hand-crafted snacks prepared by Chef H. This is a structured, facilitated meditation experience designed to help you leave feeling steadier, grounded, and refreshed.
