This manual is a compliment to the Yoga for Tourette Syndrome Program developed by myself, Jennifer Heard PhD, C-IAYT. *you do not need to take the course to use this book.


The program is designed to look at three aspects (breathing, physical activity, diet) of life that contribute to physical and mental stress. Studdies have shown that stress is the number inducer of tics related to Tourette Syndrome.


While the course looks at a section of each aspect every week this manual is divided by aspects instead of weeks. In this way you can come back to the manual overtime using the sections that speak most to you.


Included is a journal with pages you can print to help you on the road to success.
