This course will provide a basic understanding of what mindful eating is and help you listen to your body to develop a deeper understanding of what it is telling you. We will utilize mindfulness based exercises and journaling to help create an overview of your unique eating habits to better understand how the body is reacting to the foods being consumed. You will learn about emotional eating and how to harness your emotional reactions to food in order to create healthy habits with food.
