60 - minute session

A full, in-depth session where we can dive deeply into embodiment practices, mindfulness strategies, or nutrition support.

45 - minutes session

Focused support for one or two areas of need, blending embodiment and mindful strategies with practical tools.
Best for: Consistent check-ins or balancing support with a busy schedule.
