Jennifer has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation since the mid 90's; with yoga being the guiding force in her life since childhood. Over a 1000 professional yoga teacher training and yoga therapy training hours have given her the knowledge to guide students into amazing teachers.
Encouraging new teachers to be the best they can. Jenn recognizes that every individual has strengths and weakness; by playing to those strengths she aims to build you up so that you are capable and confident walking into any class setting.
