Mindful nutrition invites awareness into the eating and digestion process. By observing how the foods we eat affect the body we can begin to heal both body and mind. Some topics we may discuss include:
- macro and micro nutrient balance
- deficiencies, gut flora, pH balance
- food intolerance, allergies
- meal planning
- likes and aversions
- emotional eating
Initial appointment is 60-90 minutes with 3 - 30 minute follow-up's, this includes unlimited email support between appointments. Plus discounted (25% off) rates for up to one year post initial appointment for additional sessions.
