Stress Management: Every one of us experiences stress in a different way. By utilizing the many branches of yoga therapy we can create an anxiety management program as unique as every individual. The most beneficial forms of anxiety management use a combination of techniques from meditation, mindfulness, breath and exercise. MBSR: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an 8 week program developed by John Kabat Zinn that utilizes intensive mindfulness training to assist people living with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, pain and more.
