Instructions
  1. Add olive oil, garlic, red peppers and cumin seeds to large pot and saute for 3 minutes.
  2. Add all other sauce ingredients and let simmer on medium-low for 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Top individual dishes with cilantro and quesada. Add salt and pepper to taste.
