Hi! Welcome to my site.  Years ago I decided to take my health and that of my family's into my own hands.  Natural medicine combined with mindfulness, yoga and holistic nutrition have helped me attain optimal health in spite of having an autoimmune disease.  My first hand knowledge combined with years of study and practice allow me to really understand my clients.  I view every person as the unique individual that they are; thus every client is treated as such.  With each session tailored to your specific needs not by some predetermined mold.
